All classes are for beginner to advanced levels.

All family members are welcome to join any class. Please check the pricing page for options to add another adult. 

Mommy & Me

Mommy & me is a Strength Training class geared towards exercising and engaging with children that are moving (crawlers - 18 years) This class focuses on the parent and engaging the kids when they feel comfortable. Parents are also able to come to this class without little ones to focus on themselves if they choose. 

*Mommy & Me is not restricted to Moms. Dads are welcome with littles!

Prenatal Yoga Practice

Prenatal Fit

Prenatal Fit is for expecting moms. Designed specifically with a Prenatal woman's body in mind preparing your body for labor and the many changes you experience during pregnancy. This 45 minute workout works on increasing endurance, strength, balance and flexibility.

Strollerburn is a 60 minute total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in the stroller. The workout consists of strength training and cardio, all while entertaining little ones with fun!


No matter what skill level you are, class can be modified to meet your needs. This class is about giving you what you need without the mom guilt of leaving your little one!

Postpartum Fit

Postpartum Fit is a workout designed for new moms. This class is for moms that have babies 6 weeks - non-movers (early stages of crawling). The focus is on the continued changes happening after having baby and working on helping repair the body and gaining back strength. 

Older children are welcome to come with!
